Quality is okay given its SD only. I think the DVD version looks better. Also they cut out the original TV intro out of several of the episodes which kinda throws me off and kills it the nostalgia factor. Its okay I guess bought it for the portability and also the fact I had a 50 percent off coupon. Update. I purchased this in 2017. Who would know that an HD version would come out and that digital being the way it is there is no way to upgrade. After a polite discussion with google support, I decided to rebuy it on Itunes. Its still a good deal at least for people who waited. Not so much for early adopters. Kind of funny for a digital world.

There are have been great television cartoons over the years but only few can scratch the surface of what Batman TAS has accomplished. It has a very gritty animation style that goes very well with the story. Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill are the definitive Batman and Joker with their brilliant voice acting! The storyline proves that this is a cartoon both kids and adults will enjoy.

An incredible masterpiece, a show that is truly like no other. The only reason I won't give this five stars is because the final episodes provide no concrete ending to the series. It sort of just ends.
