A very good show. The writing became far more creative to keep the show going strong after the death of a main character. I'm really not sure the ending was fitting. It was kind of a letdown after all these years.

Light spy story, a bit of cloak and dagger, and a lot of fun. James Spader's character is a "villain" you want to root for.

It's hard to explain how incredible this show is. It is by far my favourite show on television. The writers seem to always have a direction for the show and the actors, especially James Spader, do an excellent job at making you care about their characters. Almost every drama fails at delivering an interesting, addictive world with a very strong plot and character development right from the start - The Blacklist is the exception. From the Pilot episode, the entire series is intelligently laid out in front of you and when it ends, you are immediately fumbling around for the mouse or remote to begin the next episode. You immediately care about the characters, you are curious about Red, and you are absorbed in the incredible music choice and atmosphere. I do not think that they could be doing a better job with this show.
