Saitama is out shopping with Genos in tow when the pair come across G4, a demonic robot on a mission to eliminate King. Elsewhere, Sitch attempts to recruit various cutthroats, villains and assassins of the underworld to help the Hero Association.

Garou issues a declaration of war on the Hero Association through terrifying means, Hellish Blizzard gives Saitama an ultimatum, and Genos decides to eliminate his master's stalker, Speed-o'-Sound Sonic.

Garou, out hunting heroes, can barely contain his excitement when he gets the chance to battle the S Class hero Tank-top Master. Meanwhile, Silverfang shutters his dojo to begin his own hunt of his former disciple.

Assigned to guard a VIP and his son, Metal Bat couldn't be less thrilled. But when the group is suddenly attacked all hell breaks loose. Meanwhile, Saitama has disguised himself as Charanko in order to enter the "Super Fight" martial arts tournament.

Monsters from the Monster Association launch simultaneous attacks on all the human cities, attempting to overwhelm the forces of the Hero Association. Meanwhile, the "Super Fight" martial arts tournament kicks off.

The Super Fight tournament kicks off with Class A hero Lightning Max being defeated by Suiryu via a single kick in the opening match. Genos is in the crowd to observe Saitama fight, but he rushes out to take on multiple monsters who have appeared in City C, while elsewhere countless monsters are wreaking havoc in multiple areas. Though the heroes are trying to hold them off, the Hero Association is being overwhelmed by sheer numbers. Even Waganma, son of Hero Association Director Narinki, could not be protected and is spirited away to the Monster Association.

The Super Fight tournament is headed for its grand finale with both Saitama and Suiryu gaining one of the final four spots. Terrible Tornado, Child Emperor, Drive Knight and other Class S heroes, called to action by the rising tide of monsters, begin engaging the enemy in various locales. However, at the Monster Association's HQ an unconcerned Gyoro-Gyoro, who has been planning the battle, and the Monster King Orochi look on the heroes' actions with amusement. Meanwhile, Atomic Samurai has gathered a group of powerful swordsmen from the Holy Order of the Sword to help him hunt for Garou.

After Saitama is exposed and disqualified for impersonating, Suiryu wins the Super Fight tournament by default. As he's about to be feted, though, the now monsterfied champion of the first Super Fight, Goketsu, appears with the aim of forcing the tournament competitors to all become monsters. As they begin to do so, Suiryu takes them all on alone. Elsewhere, the heroes fight gamely against the hordes of monsters but are unable to stop the damage from spreading, even as the designs of the Monster Association become clear.

Goketsu, one of the strongest creatures in the Monster Association, and the monsterfied Bakuzan toy with Suiryu. Realizing that no one is coming to save him, Suiryu finds himself in the depths of despair when Saitama suddenly appears. Before long, the attack by the Monster Association quietly ends, just as Gyoro Gyoro had planned it. Saitama, having felt he gained nothing from participating in the Super Fight tournament, confides in King his feeling that he's become too strong. King, from his standpoint as a hero, gives Saitama a serious talk.

The Monster Association issues a challenge to the Hero Association, telling them they have only three days to rescue the hostage Waganma. Elsewhere, Garou tries to recover from his constant fighting, but things don't quite go as planned.

Garou is at last surrounded by multiple heroes and forced to fight, even though he's covered in wounds and nearly at his limit. The hero hunter still has his incredible ability to read opponents' fighting styles, but there are surprises in store for all.

Silverfang and Bomb catch up with Garou while the hero hunter is battling Genos, starting a whirlwind battle that draws in more and more combatants as it marches towards its hair-raising climax!
