Very stupid. We do not even think they hired anyone right for the job. Batwoman is not this character, she is supposed to be in the batman world, however they wrote themselves into the world. But at the same time they wrote themselves into a corner by trying to make idiotic choices. If you watch this you will have to shut off your brain. You will have to forget about dc world altogether. Too bad it could have been much better with out having to suspend your suspension of disbelief.

Out from the Left

If you like Arrow, you'll probably enjoy Batwoman; it has the typical beats of most DC-CW shows, such as: Flashbacks to childhood traumas, indy pop/rock music, more cheesy campiness than a campsite in Wisconsin. The set and costume design is comic close, but the dialogue is painful... Personally, I eye rolled hard more than a few times. It felt like it was written by someone who had never been through what the main character was dealing with. I give S1E1: 3 Batarangs out of 5!

Well it's 2020 so in order to keep things going we have to make Batwoman BLACK. Now making a white character BLACK is completely ok and a viable option to society. But making a asian, black, mexican or Indian character white is known as WHITEWASHING and frowned upon by everyone. Good to see as long as it's pro black everything is OK! Screw you CW for kissing ass and ruining the continuity of a well loved character.
