Kam and Leroy finally address their tumultuous relationship when it becomes clear that she may want someone else in the house. In order to destroy an alliance, Wes reveals a secret that potentially can break up a couple.

The players on the US side start to worry that the UK alliance is growing too strong. Challengers' fears are put to the test as they are blindfolded hundreds of feet in the air. One player reveals a secret attraction to their teammate.
