i love this series! I have viewed all the episodes. This show is a young man's wet dream. A brave, handsome heroic fighting man who gets the beautiful women, always courageous, quite successful in accomplishing seemingly impossible tasks, he always comes out on top. A young man's ideal. Super. I loved every second of it. He is indestructible. He gets wounded frequently but in just a scene or two he is all healed. It is like an animated comic book.

I remember watching a bummed copy of this in highschool. Loved it and it's what helped me propel myself into the study of Napoleonic history in college. Glad Sean didn't have to die.

I remember watching this while in Iraq and have to say to this day its still an amazing show to watch. Id recommend it to anyone that likes action and adventure and anyone who enjoys a good historically based drama/action movie. The production is very good and the cast is great. Sean Bean is great as Sharpe and plays well off the other characters in the show. My biggest issue was when they recast Brain Cox, though from what i understand it wasnt because of issues in him wanting to do the role but his health. Still well worth watching the whole series.
