Excellent series with top notch acting across the board. For me, ALL three series were great. I don't agree with the comment made about the last few episodes of series 3 being excessively violent. The whole premise of the story line is a serial killer and the DVD is marked cert 18 accordingly. This, for me, is the best thing I've seen Jamie Dornan in. The scripts for The Fall showcase what a superb actor he is. Also, kudos to Gillian Anderson on her excellent British accent! 👏🏻

The first two seasons are excellent: the acting is top rate and the cat-and-mouse game well sustained. The third season is drawn out too thinly and Paul's behaviour in the final two episodes is contradictory and unconvincing, and indicative that the writer had run out of steam and set up a end game he could not successfully resolve.

A brilliantly acted series by all, but particularly Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dorman. A truly scary look into the mind and split personality of a serial killer. The juxtaposition of his normal family life and his horrendous slayings is frighteningly real.
