Into these women's lives comes an innocent teenage girl named Dinah (series star RACHEL SKARSTEN), who is drawn to the clock tower by powerful, haunting visions. Unsure of her background but impressed by her budding metahuman powers, the two crimefighters allow Dinah to help them thwart a criminal scheme that has resulted in several mysterious suicides and threatens the city's infrastructure. The mastermind behind the mayhem is Dr. Harleen Quinzel, with whom Helena undergoes court-ordered therapy, unaware that she is actually villain Harley Quinn (series star MIA SARA), a brilliant madwoman who was the paramour of The Joker (voiced by MARK HAMILL). Dreaming of creating a criminal empire, Harley plans to release all the lunatics from mental institutions and use the resulting chaos to take control of New Gotham.

Meanwhile, a policeman, Detective Jesse Reese (series star SHEMAR MOORE), who possesses a dark secret of his own, goes on a personal mission to figure out what's happening in New Gotham and who the mysterious Helena Kyle really is.

However, to everyone's surprise, the baby is only happy when Helena is holding him. Now in a race against time, the women discover that Elliott is programmed to live his entire life in three days--and to kill the first person he becomes attached to, putting Helena in grave danger.

While Dinah and Reese infiltrate the operation, Barbara tries to find an antidote for the drug. But Malcolm catches Dinah and injects her as well, forcing her to fight Helena. Barbara and Reese must race to save Dinah and Helena before their battle becomes deadly.

Following clues, the women pursue a skillful killer with a chameleonlike ability to blend into his surroundings. Meanwhile, Helena copes with her romantic attraction to Jack and continues hiding her true identity from Reese.

Meanwhile, Helena goes to Arkham Asylum and interrogates a villain named Clayface (KIRK BALTZ), who possesses the same abilities as Chris, and learns a shocking fact about her past. She must race to prevent Chris from killing New Gotham's most powerful people at a charity fashion show.

But Harley uses the disk to gain complete control of the clock tower and, after killing Wade (recurring guest star SHAWN CHRISTIAN), she broadcasts the hypnotic signal to every television set in New Gotham. Working together with Alfred, Dinah and Reese, Helena must infiltrate the clock tower and battle Harley and her cohorts before they gain control of the entire city.

I respect that other people do have fond memories of this show, but it just doesnt do it for me. Dont let this review deter you if your interested though.

Haven't seen it yet though but question...Why is the cover a direct copy of the Under World movie??? (•_•)
