A year after the events of "The Silence of the Lambs," Special Agent Clarice Starling is pulled from the Behavioral Science lab to investigate a series of brutal murders, joining an elite FBI unit newly formed by Attorney General Ruth Martin.

Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) and the ViCAP team travel to Bailyton, Tennessee, where an armed militia group has shot a federal agent, leading to a tense standoff. For Clarice, returning to Appalachia means facing some painful childhood memories.

Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) is determined to learn who hired the hitman responsible for the three River Murders. Facing political pressure, Attorney General Ruth Martin (Jayne Atkinson) leans on Krendler (Michael Cudlitz) to deliver a quick confession.

Following the assassination of a suspect at Buzzard’s Point, Clarice and ViCAP are investigated by Krendler’s Bureau rival, SA Anthony Herman, and when Ardelia is recruited to assist him, it causes friction between the two friends.

Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) is drugged and confined to a hospital bed by medical serial killer, Marilyn Felker, enduring physical torture and drugs that cause hallucinations. Will Clarice be able to gain enough lucidity to outsmart a brilliant doctor?

Sidelined because of her harrowing ordeal with Marilyn Felker, Clarice goes to Ruth Martin to be reinstated and sees Catherine for the first time since Buffalo Bill. Meanwhile, Ardelia and the ViCAP team try to identify the man who aided Marilyn.

The body of a missing teenager is found entombed in concrete and ViCAP is assigned to the case. When Ardelia links the murder to a 12-year-old cold case, Clarice teams up with her to investigate two grieving families to identify the murderer.

ViCAP investigates the suicide of a student on a foreign visa. Clarice feels an emotional tie to the victim and has an unexpected connection to a witness. Meanwhile Kendler secretly collects a DNA sample from the man he suspects attacked Clarice.

After ViCAP links the River Murders to a pharmaceutical company, Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) seeks help from Julia, a reluctant informant. Meanwhile, Catherine (Marnee Carpenter) leaves home for the first time to meet her ex-fiancé. Meanwhile, Ardelia (Devyn A. Tyler) and Garrett (K.C. Collins) connect with a lawyer they hope will take on the Black Coalition’s case against the FBI. Michael Cudlitz, Lucca De Olivera, Kal Penn and Nick Sandow also star.

Catherine Martin (Marnee Carpenter) absconds to Carney’s Point New Jersey to confront Lila Gumb, the mother of Buffalo Bill, and Ruth (Jayne Atkinson) recruits Krendler (Michael Cudlitz) and ViCAP to track her down. Recognizing the unique kinship she shares with Catherine, Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) volunteers to retrieve her. And Clarice finds that she must delicately talk Catherine out of committing a vile act... and becoming a monster herself. Lucca De Olivera, Kal Penn, Nick Sandow and Devyn A. Tyler also star.

When Julia informs ViCAP of the impending sale of the company, ViCAP goes to Alastor to prevent the purging of any incriminating evidence. ViCAP raids Alastor. Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) punches another agent in a moment of uncontrollable rage, then willingly turns in her badge and gun. On the heels of ViCAP uncovering Alastor’s secrets, Clarice (Rebecca Breeds) is imprisoned in an animal testing facility where she finds trafficked women being held captive. ViCAP and Ardelia (Devyn A. Tyler) team up to locate Clarice as she attempts to break from her captors in a race to rescue the other women.
