1 Pilot: Catfish

Jack Griffin (Glenn Howerton) is a Harvard philosophy scholar who loses out on his dream job and goes to work as a high school Advanced Placement biology teacher in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio. He quickly makes it clear he will not be teaching any biology, however, and, realizing he has a room full of overachieving honor roll students at his disposal, decides instead to use the kids to enact revenge on his rival and take the job that is rightfully his. Eager to prove that he is still king of the castle, Principal Durbin (Patton Oswalt) struggles to control the force of nature that is Jack Griffin.
2 Teacher Jail

Jack leaves his class unattended and lands himself in "teacher jail" after one of his students suffers a minor injury. Initially, Jack enjoys the paid time off, but the situation takes a turn when the resulting investigation targets Durbin. Meanwhile, Helen acts as the substitute teacher in Jack's absence, much to the students' dismay.
3 Burning Miles

When the local bookstore chooses Miles' new book as their "staff pick," Jack instructs his students to get jobs at the store in order to change the pick from the inside. Meanwhile, Principal Durbin struggles to assert his authority while attempting to make budget cuts.

Jack (Glenn Howerton) gets into a petty dispute with Marcus (Nick Peine), the President of Student Council. Marcus surprisingly refuses to back down and the situation escalates much too far. Stef (Lyric Lewis) sells makeup at school as a side business.

Jack tries to pick up dates in Toledo with the help of Stef, Mary and Michelle. Meanwhile, Principal Durbin grows jealous of his assistant, Helen, after her comedic rendition of the daily announcements proves to be a big hit with the students and the faculty.

When Jack (Glenn Howerton) is attracted to a student's mother (guest star Erinn Hayes) at a parent-teacher conference, he feigns interest in her son, Colin (Tucker Albrizzi). A group of parents complain to Principal Durbin (Patton Oswalt) when they notice a piece of controversial student art from Mary's (Mary Sohn) class.
7 Selling Out

Jack (Glenn Howerton) receives an offer from Miles' (Tom Bennett) publisher to write a book of feel-good philosophy that could be his ticket out of Toledo. Durbin accidentally sets off an emotional firestorm when he reveals that while Stef (Lyric Lewis) chose Mary (Mary Sohn) as her emergency contact, Mary chose Michelle (Jean Villepique).
8 We Don't Party

Jack (Glenn Howerton) finds out his ex-girlfriend Meredith (guest star Collette Wolfe) needs a venue for a charity fundraiser and has the perfect place: his student Victor's house. Victor (Jacob Houston) and the other kids are inspired by Jack to party for the first time.

Jack (Glenn Howerton) is incensed when his dead mom's former lover (guest star Michael Gross) shows up and suggests they commemorate her birthday. Jack taps his students to help him retaliate, but the students' hands are already full - of crying robot babies. Stef's (Lyric Lewis) kindness toward Dale (guest star Ron Funches) the janitor sends the wrong signals.
10 Durbin Crashes

When Jack (Glenn Howerton) casually gives Durbin (Patton Oswalt) some marriage advice, it backfires, gets Durbin kicked out of the house, and Jack takes him in. The A.P. Bio kids tell Jack if they can get Miles' (Tom Bennet) DNA, they'll learn a little biology while pulling off the ultimate revenge.
11 Eight Pigs and a Rat

When one of Jack's (Glenn Howerton) students anonymously reports him for canceling their much-anticipated fetal pig dissection, he sets out to find the snitch. Durbin's (Patton Oswalt) chances at Principal of the Year are in jeopardy when the superintendent visits.

As he comes crashing in to Whitlock High School, Jack makes it absolutely clear he will not be teaching any biology. Realizing he has a room full of honor roll students at his disposal, Jack decides instead to use the kids for his own benefit. Eager to prove that he is still king of the castle, Principal Durbin (Patton Oswalt) struggles to control the force of nature that is Jack Griffin.

Give it a chance! Glenn Howerton as Jack Griffin it's like the ultimate cocktailed Dennis persona from ALL *IASIP* seasons! Meaning: it's the early seasoned "Normal" Narcissistic Dennis who would try to capitalize on schemes and laugh a Dee being called a Bird MIXED WITH the Later seasoned Sociopath Dennis who use a boats "Implication" on girls

One of the funniest shows in a LONG time...please tell me there are more episodes for this season! Definitely NBC scored BIG by getting this show!! WE WANT MORE!!
