Fortitude

Oslo investigators Myklebust and Oby start to close in on the perpetrators of Governor Munk's death and the last obstacle between them and the truth is Dan Anderssen. Two mysterious strangers, Boyd and Elsa, arrive in town from the US and have an immediate and terrifying impact on Fortitude.

Michael thinks he has a shot at redemption when he meets Elsa, but is soon caught up in her bigger plan for survival. Eric and his colleagues are called in to investigate what happened to Myklebust and Oby and what they discover isn't as straightforward as it first seems.

Michael goes looking for the house where he was kept prisoner and is shocked at what he finds. Annie Burgess is a new arrival in Fortitude and has a personal reason for wanting to know what happened to DCI Myklebust.

Michael makes a bold decision to leave everything behind in order to try and build some sort of future with Elsa. In Fortitude, Dan's violent spree catches up with him and it looks like the Sheriff will be tied to his town forever.
