To do so, they enlist the help of Carroll's ex-wife, and Hardy's former love, Claire Matthews. Meanwhile, Emma (series star VALORIE CURRY), Jacob (series star NICO TORTORELLA) and Paul (series star ADAN CANTO) keep Claire's son Joey at a house in the country as they prepare for their next move.

3 The Poet's Fire

A new follower is uncovered in Rick Kester (guest star MICHAEL DRAYER), who is on a determined path to follow through on Carroll's orders. Hardy and the FBI attempt to predict Rick's course of revenge, which leads to a surprising outcome. In the season's penultimate episode, Ryan, Parker and Weston prepare to storm the Followers' mansion, but Joe already has an escape plan in action. Meanwhile, disguised followers create a diversion at the town evacuation center, which causes panic among the residents and leads to a dangerous kidnapping of one FBI official.

15 The Final Chapter

In the explosive Season One finale, Ryan races to stop Joe Carroll before his endgame reaches a deadly conclusion. Meanwhile, Joe leads Claire to a special location where the ultimate showdown between good and evil takes place.

I gave this 3-star is because after the 1st season, I could predict what was going to happen. One second Hardy is able to take someone out in a slick ninja move to losing multiple fights. Joe rises to power.....Joe fails. I predicted him throwing his chances to get away only to screw everything up by his obsession with Ryan and/or Claire. But I do like the idea of a cult and followers and the mentality that they have. Luke will form some sort of cult and Hardy will go to see Joe to get advice for season 3.

Yes, it deviates from reality from time to time & I get frustrated with some of the characters & their behavior, but this is fiction & television - it's supposed to be that way. The acting is plenty good, the character development is quite good (for a television series), & the filming/locations are very well executed. It's very good TV.

But after that just becomes very dumb. Way to over the top and very unbelievable. I gave it a few more episodes after the first few to to see if I liked it but no. I just stopped watching it on the 6th episode. Just very dumb how some of those people get murdered In crowded areas and no one helps not realistic and some of the characters over act as well. The only reason I even I watched it was cause Kevin Bacon he's a pretty good actor but just this show sucks.
