About this show

Caroline Catz takes viewers behind the scenes of Doc Martin's huge success in a special documentary. Caroline, who has starred in the series since it began 18 years ago, playing the Doc's wife, Louisa Ellingham, narrates this insight into the making of the drama. The documentary reveals how Doc Martin began, in 2004, following the film Saving Grace in which Martin Clunes starred as a GP, Dr Martin Bamford, but a very different character to the grumpy medic in the popular television series. Footage from Saving Grace, and from the archives of the ten series of Doc Martin illustrate the journey of one of Britain's most popular dramas. Martin Clunes and the regular cast reminisce about the making of the drama, recalling their favourite memories.

Doc Martin, what a great UK TV series, the only issue I have with Google Play selling this sereis and the only way I have given it a 3 star rating is that if you wish to own the whole series to this show, than it needs to be bought on two different Doc Martin TV series album. For example series 2,3,6,and 7 need to be bought on one Doc Martin album, then series 4,8 and 9 need to be bought on another. Last but not least if you want season 5 you need to buy the episodes individually. If Google could resovle this, then you would see a 5 star rating.

Quirky and humorous...the characters of Port Wenn are intriguing and lovable, but some just get under your skin!
