Más viejos y con más canas, pero no por eso más sabios, Johnny Knoxville y su banda regresan por más artimañas y malas ideas. Con nuevos amigos y muchas celebridades invitadas, el equipo lleva las bromas a extremos ridículos en donde nadie está salvo y se crispan los nervios. Desde explotar un baño químico a golpear los testículos con un disco de hockey o hacer trucos de magia para un toro de lo más aburrido, Jackass Por Siempre es una locura como nunca antes han vivido.
