Put together in a shabby way! Can't help wondering what Ken Burns would have done. Too many talking heads, but extremely disappointing is that the main character ISN'T IN THE FILM! You don't ever get to hear a word from Whitey. That's ridiculous, and the film is revolving around his trial, but no footage! That main character is left out. Never even tried to talk to jurors or the lawyers!

Well done…I wanted to be there for the trial, just for research as a film maker… The Depp movie came out, so, no real need…but this film, I think the reality of it…I appreciate…The vulgar society of federal and Boston cops being exposed…Makes you wonder if any other government agencies are dirty…(Congress)…Anyway, thank you...

Very good Documentary. Except it does not say how he got caught 16yrs later. I don't believe he was an informant. For Whitey to be considered a "Top Echelon" informant...his file was only 700 pages long. For 30yrs of crime. That's a very small file. Really!?
