Sandra Bullock (Speed), is Lucy -- a lonely subway worker infatuated with a gorgeous man she's only seen from afar. After she saves his life, she's mistaken for his fiancée as he lies unconscious in a hospital. Suddenly, Lucy finds herself in the welcoming arms of the man's family and falling in love with his brother Jack (Bill Pullman -- Casper). Terrific actor Bill Pullman finally gets the lead and Sandra Bullock is just lovely . The entire acting cast is just amazing and completely charming . Mr Joe Junior is a gem , he can try on my shoes anytime ;) plus squirrels send Peter some much needed karma . I'll make sure my kids and grand kids watch this beautiful movie <3

A guilty pleasure. Brilliant casting. I especially like the way the city of Chicago becomes almost the star of the film.
