I feel like the writer must have been spying on my childhood. Sure some of the details have been changed, but I myself, and along with countless other friends and classmates have Maisie inside of us. If ever a parent wonders what divorce does to a child, watch this movie. Chances are most kids wont have a Maisie ending. The flip side is no one wants to feel unwanted by a spouse either. Its a catch 22.

This movie is incredible. Great story, great acting and an incredible meaning. This shows what it's like to be a child caught between divorcing parents who can't stand each other, even for the sake of their own child. It does this incredibly well through the eyes of little Maisie, played incredibly well by a very talented little actress. And as someone who went through this as a child, it is a pretty accurate portrayal. I highly recommend this film!

Wow, that's another great movie about relationships. Another movie about contraception (ouch - I didn't mean Maisie, I meant her parents!) and failing apart family with a child left behind.
