We Are the Night

I've seen this one before and I absolutely loved it. You get your scary and bloodthirsty vampires as they should be. You also get some great characters with a genuinely interesting plot. I was excited to watch it again, but I failed to notice that this version was dubbed rather than subtitled. Admittedly, that was my fault, but I absolutely hated the voices they chose to replace the original actors. The movie is still good, but I have to say I prefer it in it's original language and I think it should be offered that way with English subtitles. That's my only critique.

Great movie.....and for those who say there is no emotion, etc...watch it again and look for the details. For example, Charlotte is clearly depressed. The movie has many different layers if you look. I only wish there was a sequel.

Slick and stylish but with a pale lifeless plot, just not enough flesh to sink your teeth into. Nevertheless, It's still worth watching.
