A fascinating film which explores social and interpersonal themes via a clever and utterly eerie sci-fi storyline. Imogen Poots is utterly convincing and it's chilling to see her character gradually fall apart. My only criticism is I'd like to have seen the couple discuss what was going on, muse the possibilities; we never quite get into their thoughts on what they think is happening. Perhaps this is deliberate to focus the viewer's thoughts on the meaning of relationships and of the mundane, the material, the soulless... A creepy ending rounds off an entertaining and quietly horrifying tale!

So the film is worth watching if you're curious and have the spare time. But be warned - it really does amount to a whole lot of nothing, as you suspect halfway through the film when so many of questions are ignored. It could have been so much more, there are so many avenues unexplored. If anything it should be inspiring for newbies to have a go at screenwriting. Because if someones happy to allocate budget to this film you'd only have to spend another week bulking out a deeper story line with a little more imagination to come up with something good. Nothing more than a below average Monday night watch.

I'd give this 2 stars as it does have 2 stars acting in it. Its just a shame that they wasted a portion of their lives in the production of such an abysmal movie. Hopefully they will find each other on the set of a quality picture in the future. If you want to see a decent indie movie starring Jesse Eisenberg then watch Night Moves. Not this. Don't say you weren't warned before you spent your hard earned on this.
