I think a movie is good when I find I watch the entire film without whining about something. I've a knack for knowing what the next line is going to be and sometimes I have to shut a movie off because it is so predictable. as well, I see the person acting their part as opposed to them as the role they're playing. The acting was not bad, I did not find myself annoyed, saw the actors as their characters, not as people playing a part. Not a bad movie I suppose, a bit slow and dramatic, however I've never read the books. Unfortunately, it seems to be a trend with movies and shows. Often, the first few films or seasons are great, but then, it seems, they try too hard to make something so special, the twists seem so radical, out-of-place; too far-fetched becoming ultra-unbelievable. Rent it, however, for $.99, especially if you have watched the prior films and were entertained by them. Reminds me of Interview with the Vampire, 'cept there are no vampires or werewolves, only chimps and spaghetti headed sauce-a-muffins.

If u made it thru breaking dawn and new moon then finish the series for sure. Much better movies from eclipse thru the end of the series. I wasn't completely lost like I was during the first 2 movies. The rest of my family read the series at least once...some of them read it 10x or more. Even they said it was a pretty good adaptation to film.

At the end, when she is pregnant, is just plain disturbing. She looks anorexic and her bones break and my mouth literally dropped to the floor in shock. I had to skip the part where she actually gave birth cuz I just couldn't handle it. But this is what made the movie good. Overall, if the word anorexic scares you, don't watch the last 20 minutes. Just please.....
