Training Day

I really like the different characters that Denzel plays. This character that Denzel plays isn't one of his more common characters as he is often known for playing the antagonist. Enemy or hero Denzel shows he is able to play even the antagonist of a film perfectly and with great emotion.

Not a huge fan of drugs and crime. The amount profanity in the movie really bothered me. Denzel Washington's performance with the addition of Ethan Hawk makes the movie really come alive, and a must see movie. They both really bring to life their characters. Especially Denzel!

But why did Denzel have to win an Oscar playing a dirty cop?? He has done so many more roles well worthy of an Oscar. Anyway that's Hollywood for you.
