Epic of all western movies...many big names, before they were big. Val Kilmer's role of a lifetime. Kurt Russell, Sam Elliott & Bill Paxton are unbelievable! More epic one liners than any movie ever made. And Kurt Russell did his homework to make the movie as close to history as we know it.

This movie is in the halls of great westerns. i watched Wyatt Earp recently to see how it compares and had to force myself to watch the whole thing. It doesn't even come close. Val Kilmer's Doc Holliday is enough reason on its own to make this movie a classic, but the majority of the superb cast also shine, making this my personal favourite.

Even though not completely accurate, but pretty darn close. Tombstone portrays the Old West at its best. This is one of my top 5 movies of all time. With a star studded cast, and a Academy Award performance by Val Kilmer. He should of been nominated and received the Academy Award this year. However, Hollywood don't like to nominate comedies or any type of war movies because they live in a liberal fantasy world of brain washed drones. Anyway, a 5 star performance!
