Amazing cult movie but the cars are sweet too you have a corvette stingray, Plymouth Barricuda, late 70's early 80's firebird trans-am, 80's Doge Daytona & the Infamous 1984 Doge M4S turbo interceptor PPG pace car 2.2 liter 194 MPH weapon of mass destruction and chaos

Classic capture of the 80's style movie; not much of a realistic point but a fun ride. Favorite car movie from my childhood. Was obsessed with this car for years. It is a real car. It's called the Dodge M4S. It was a Pontiac Fiero chassis mated with a 2.2 Litre four-cylinder twin turbo engine, tuned by Cosworth. Made about 440HP with a top spead of about 193.4...Which, was pretty fast for a car in the 80's. The M4S was also a Pace Car for NASCAR sometime in the 80's. Anyways, the characters are about as deep as a puddle, the acting is cheesy as feta, and the fashion...well it was the 80's. If you want a laugh at old movie production, love cars, like star-crossed lover stories, poetic revenge tales, or want to chase nostalgia, then this movie is for you!

My #1 favorite racing movie as a kid, and then all the Fast And The Furious movies, lol. I'd love for my car to sound like that black turbo! :-)
