About this movie

Frank Martin (Ed Skrein), a former special-ops mercenary, is now living a less perilous life –or so he thinks—transporting classified packages for questionable people. When Frank's father (Ray Stevenson) pays him a visit in the south of France, their father-son bonding weekend takes a turn for the worse when Frank is engaged by a cunning femme-fatale, Anna (Loan Chabanol), and her three seductive sidekicks to orchestrate the bank heist of the century. Frank must use his covert expertise and knowledge of fast cars, fast driving, and fast women to outrun a sinister Russian kingpin, and worse than that, he is thrust into a dangerous game of chess with a team of gorgeous women out for revenge. From the producers of LUCY and the TAKEN trilogy, THE TRANSPORTER REFUELED is a fresh personification of the iconic role of Frank Martin, that launches the high-octane franchise into the present-day and introduces it to the next generation of thrill-seekers.

The "Transporter" movies with Jason Statham were great, portraying a guy who could live among others virtually unnoticed and yet have this double life. Always cool and composed. This guy however does not have that kind of believability. This guy is so obviously straining to act this part that I shut it off before ever seeing the end because he and the rest of this overdone movie, made me not care.

Couldn't even get through the first 20 minutes without turning it off. One big ad for Audi (and I am Audi fan but even this was silly). The main actor, name I will never learn, was awful. So forced. This had to be pushed by Audi as a marketing stunt, nothing this bad would make it to the screen otherwise.

I saw the trailer awhile back and just from that I could tell it would suck. Sometimes reboots work. Ie: spiderman to amazing spiderman. Batman to the dark Knight series. Even star trek worked as a reboot. This was so bad it makes old b movies look good. One I know I would enjoy again over this is "sorority babes at the slime ball bowlarama"
