The Predator

This film is an absolute disgrace, I'd even go as far as to say that it's one of the worst films ever made. The film has no redeeming qualities, the cast is awful giving lifeless and bland performances, it is a straight up comedy with one bad joke after another coupled with mindblowingly stupid decisions by the lead characters. For the love of all that is holy do not waste your hard earned money on this steaming pile of garbage, your welcome!

I find it impossible to believe that a Hollywood proven director, would let a film that sucks this bad out the door, did they watch it?! Did they watch the daily's? Did anyone read the script? Did anyone watch the edit before they sent it out?! The first Predator was such a good platform to launch from, and I'm never ceased to be amazed at how Hollywood can utterly destroy good franchises. Even Boyd Holbrook, who I thought was great in Logan, was terrible in this. Erg, no wonder Hollywood is dying a slow and painful death at the hands of streaming. I say this with no hint of sarcasm . . . this is worse than Suicide Squad.

It really isn’t as bad as people have made it out to be! If you watch it for what it is and don’t expect a remake of the original, it’s actually pretty easy watching, a bit of fun, and has a ton of action. Could it have been better, yes, are there some flaws in the story line, yes. It could have done with a bit more suspense, but it’s still a good movie and i think it’s worth watching! Plus it sets up an interesting premise for the next movie 👍🏼
