I enjoyed the movie- partly for the nostalgic throwback to a bygone era. If I had watched the film 15 years ago, I would have believed the scenes more. Given the popularity of feminism in recent years, I feel that the content is biased towards female power struggles/triumph. Must say I didn't really see the "tough call" the Post had to make- telling the truth when the government did wrong, will rarely get into trouble.

An intelligent film depicting a woman of quiet strength taking the reins of
a great news publication in a man's world. A story of great courage and
integrity in the face of bullying from a corrupt government. Great acting
and a realistic script. Timely viewing, methinks. :-)

Giving this 5 stars, hopefully it will counteract the idiots giving it 1
star for political reasons (most of whom haven't even seen the film. Forget
the actor's politics and see it for the great performances and gripping
storyline.
