The Pelican Brief

I'll not try to be clever and go on about Alan Pakula's clever way through John Grisham's book, I'll simply say that the story is riveting, the characters, while not exactly believable, are well portrayed by two fine actors who are on top form, and if you don't enjoy the ride you were watching the wrong kind of film for your tastes in the first place.
