I have loved this movie for years. The subtle (for American audiences) teasers that this is a horror movie are just delightful. And seeing Depp act in a manner unique to his more modern fair is wonderful. Not a movie for everyone, but fun nevertheless for anyone looking for a different kind of thriller. The clip does not do the movie any favors, don't judge it based on the clip. Google the trailer.

it was some how reminding me of what someone who had stripped everything cherishedina death by 1000 cuts sort of way pver a 3 to 4 year period might expect to be facing from the person who had been lied to once there was nothing left to lose or salvage you know, because he was too weak to speak the truth or even aknowledge it when it was spoken for him sort of the birth of a cereal killer once that person realized that there were many many people who could have helped especially when they were "supposedly" so much closer to the inital victim who later would be the cereal killer exacting their revenge on a cut for cut basis a new baesick instinct if you will sometimes when you have lost everything and in a very public way revenge is the only thing left to live for..... thank God I LOVE MY MAN!!!!!!!!

I'm unable to activate the subtitles on this movie despite having downloaded it twice, and the volume seems excessively low even when on the highest setting. The actors engage in a lot of quietly spoken dialog and whispering, so it's frustrating and disappointing.
