1st Let me say that I love Tim Burtons creativity in every thing that he creates, however, this one is only second-best to "The Corpse Bride" aslo created by Tim Burton. Your reviews make me want to watch it again but it left me feeling a little sad. 2) The Corpse Bride, on-the-other-hand, also had an arrangement of a planned marriage which goes array after the planned couple meet for the first time (of course the groom to be was a nervous wreck before and as they were meeting). Very, very, soon enters a Villian; who causes the break-up the arrangements & plans for that particular wedding and suddenly, new plans are made for the-bride-to-be. then the little scared Groom-that-was-to-be comes to make a realization that he would like to spend forever with that Bride-to-be but in order for theirs arrangements to be honored-he needs a plan. One of the Arrangements take place but only after a "Twisted-Turn-of-Events take you down to a place that I can easy say it's as Wild-of-a-ride-as-Alice in Wonderland and you will love this just as much except this part has a Catchy Tune Sung by Souls in the Afterlife who help the Once-to-be-Groom come forge a plan, which make you drawn-in that much more BUT YOU MUST WATCH TO FIND & LOVE JUST HOW FUNNY IT IS

I've been an obsessive fan of Nightmare Before Christmas since Oingo Boingo's farewell concert in 1994. Sally gave me my very first boner. I have a life sized Sally doll that I got as an 18 year old. She is the closest thing I have to a girlfriend.

Amazingly original and well ahead of its time my also holding on to the feel of the classics and the Christmases of old. not only is the film still the test of time but it has only grown in its popularity and The respect and love that it gets. The songs are incredible all written by Danny elfman and the animation is incredible and something that you will never be able to see in film anymore. Do yourself a favor if you haven't yet, watch this.
