The Matrix

This movie is legendary and iconic. When it came out in the late 90s it was unbelievably cool. Never seen movie this good. The 2 sequels however did not live up to this amazing film and Matrix Resurrections was so refreshing as it was much truer to this movie and I was so happy when I watched it recently to see they had finally made a sequel that did this amazing movie justice, This movie is literally the best movie of all time, nothing these days compares to it.

I saw this at theatres 14 times when it was released. I sunk every dollar of my savings into it, and it's been consistently the first movie I buy on every new format it's released on (I even own the HD-DVDs and PSP UMD versions!) This is *my* idea of a perfect movie. I've seen it hundreds, if not thousands of times. I know every line and inflection, every shot, every musical cue. This is the Wachowski's Mona Lisa. Watch it more than once. It is worth understanding and appreciating. 5/5

Great movie, but the streaming quality isn't brilliant, I don''t think this is in 1080p or even 720p.
