The Matchmaker

Avi Nesher's latest film tells an unexpected coming-of-age story that is both funny and moving. Avi, a teenage boy growing up in Haifa in 1968, gets a job working for a matchmaker and learns about free love, rock and roll, and the mysteries of the human heart.
