The Last King

Realistic, gory and explicit in some parts but probably true to how conditions were in those days, following the Roman departure, before the Norman invasion in 1066. Lots of fiction thrown in to make the plot more exciting. For those unfamiliar with regional accents, it is important to note that they are local variations, often geographically inaccurate, but subtitles are clearly, definitely English! You have to get used to the accents!

Excellent film. An intricate adventure, with a noble cause. Watching it in the native tongue made it that much better. Subtitled in English.

I didn't expect this to be as good of a movie as it was. pretty solid action adventure flick.
