About this movie

Claude Rains delivers a remarkable performance in The Invisible Man as a mysterious doctor who discovers a serum that makes him invisible. Covered by bandages and dark glasses, he arrives at a small English village and attempts to hide his amazing discovery. He soon learns, however, that the same drug which renders him invisible slowly drives him to commit acts of unspeakable terror. Based on H.G. Wells' classic novel and featuring groundbreaking special effects, The Invisible Man remains a masterpiece not only of the genre, but of all time.

It’s always something about these movies from 1920-30s that bring this unique and incredible preferments and great storytelling that most modern movies can seem to capture. The invisible man is one of those films with Great actors, great storytelling with Frankenstein and Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde that follows it up. You’ll just have to watch to REALLY understand it. 10/10 will recommend

I thought this movie was fantastic, unlike the hollow man movies, this one had no nudity in it, which made it perfect for me and more age appropriate.

Saw it as a child in early 60's & Loved It then. Now in my 60's I still enjoying just as much. Please never colourise it, or always keep a B&W version available. Mic Cl;-)~ Ririe, ID
