The Game Changers

Very good film! Very biast but very informative, I think there are alot of truthes in here but I believe the true game changer is a well balanced diet with plant based and a meat diet.

First half of the documentary is telling you that lots of Athletes do'nt eat meat. But why? Keep watching and eventually you find out. No spoilers here but it's definitely enlightening.

Great documentary and very informative. When asked why or how can I be vegan, I can point them to The Game Changers. It amazes me that in this century people are still unaware of where thier food comes from and can have such stereotypical old views on Veganism. Hopefully with more and more information becoming readily available and accessible. With celebrities, athletes and the general public becoming and pushing Vegan. Health will improve and the unjust suffering of animals will end.
