About this movie

Following their Lovecraftian modern cult classic SPRING, acclaimed filmmakers Moorhead and Benson return with this mind-bending thriller that follows two brothers who receive a cryptic video message inspiring them to revisit the UFO death cult they escaped a decade earlier. Hoping to find the closure that they couldn't as young men, they're forced to reconsider the cult's beliefs when confronted with unexplainable phenomena surrounding the camp. As the members prepare for the coming of a mysterious event, the brothers race to unravel the seemingly impossible truth before their lives become permanently entangled with the cult.

This movie bored me to tears. I love a good sci-fi so i was excited when i saw this movie available. Acting was decent but i didn't feel attached to any of the main characters. I felt like the movie was confusing in general. In the end the cinematography was decent especially for a low budget movie. As bored as i was i started to think that getting stuck in an endless time loop watching this movie could be one of the worst forms of torture imaginable. Made it fifty minutes into the movie and gave up on it.

This movie was very disappointing...it had a stupid plot based on time loops (I guess that was the plot), and was obviously made on a very low budget. The two main actors wrote and directed the movie, but they are no Sam Raimi...who could actually make a cool horror film on a low budget (Evil Dead, etc.). Ignore the rotted tomato score, critics always award ridiculously good reviews to any indie movie now. Prepare to be bored...very bored!

Not the movie, but people who have "reviewed" it. Why waste your time submitting a review that 1. Adds no reason to encourage/discourage others from watching. 2. Has no words, just a star rating. 3. If it has words, doesn't actually explain a reason why/why not to see this film. Google reviewers are the worst. I still don't have a single review that eludes me to watch or not watch this film yet.
