This is a popcorn movie, much in the style of classic, Independence Day and the movie, 2012. You cant treat these movies as deep or thought-provoking. When you watch this movie, treat it as a fun movie, enjoy the special effects and sit on the edge of your seat as the disasters take place. You wont regret it!

Not a big fan of Emmerich. But this one was a nice movie. May be contain some factual errors here and there, but a gripping narration and good direction made it worth watchable.
