Keeping neurves all the time on hight allert.exellent portret off how important and skulled must be pppl working in this modern call centers and how technology is not enought in order to survive if nothing can't be predictable. Highly recomend.

Had me cringing, hiding, yelling and on the edge of my seat. Would have given five stars of not for the ending, left me a bit deflated. Still a definite watch!

I loved it! No boring bits really. It shows the tough job emergency operators have it too. REALLY loved the ending - revenge 101. Fab.
