Overlong, too many subplots, and aesthetically off putting, and not in a low budget way, but in an amateur way. The framing and lighting, and even some of the sound felt off, like they didn't position cameras, lights boom mics properly with the actors. Ray Romano and Holly Hunter gave it a boost but too much time was spent on the stand up comedy subplots, and stand up comedy really isn't very interesting on screen.

It's not funny, it's boring. There really isn't anything interesting about 2 people getting married or dating. All the jokes and drama revolve around the east/west cross-cultural misunderstandings and if you've seen a similar sort of movie before, it's very predictable. I could have written the script. Didn't finish watching.

Couldn't even get past 15mins... so boring, at least blockbuster would give your money back if you explained how terrible the movie was.
