The Age of Adaline

Wasn't sure whether to laugh to cry for most of it....such as touching film, very deep and clever plot line. For anyone out there who has ever loved and lost someone, be it parted through death or even just one of life's many unseen curveballs, it is a totally relatable film. The facial expressions and emotions from female leading character Adaline is so detailed and carefully thought through, you get lost in her worries and heartbreak. For those who don't like happy endings, maybe this isn't for you, agreed. But for some of us, we still live to dream and to hope- so if the latter is you, then go ahead and enjoy watching :-) A truly wonderful film, with a truly thought-provoking moral behind it, and a truly warm and beautiful ending. The female lead let the film down with her wooden acting. Wasn't much to the plot, they didn't show much of her life in depth, so I didn't feel for the ageless character, her relationships with people around her wasn't explored mych either, especially with her daughter.

I loved the style, fashion, music and the story line. Beautiful actress and charming actor. Through out the movie I could feel the elegance. Loved it!
