About this movie

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane delivers his signature boundary-pushing humor in the outrageous comedy-blockbuster critics are calling "hysterically funny"! (Peter Travers, Rolling Stone) John Bennett (Mark Wahlberg) is a grown man whose cherished teddy bear came to life as the result of a childhood wish...and hasn't left his side since. Can John's relationship with longtime girlfriend, Lori (Mila Kunis), move forward with his lovably profane buddy in the picture?

If you like Family Guy this movie is for you. The humor is basic and the plot is as thin as any FG episode. (written by manatees) As indicated I tend to watch SP which may or may not explain why I got bored watching this movie. Its not my style of humor but everyone has different tastes. For me this would be one of those movies I loved while in middle school only to wonder why once I got to college.

The story line (if you could even call it that) was poor at best. The attempt at any humor is ruined by the fact that the main characters constantly smoke marijuana and is rubbed in your face. No one cares about other people smoking pot! I don't want to pay for a movie and have half the movie be two characters sitting on a couch doing drugs and the rest of the movie have poor humor.

What do you expect when it's Seth MacFarlane humor? Extremely crude and you might wonder if your I.Q. just went down for laughing. It's one of those movies where watching it once was enough. There's really no attatchment to the characters and the poor attempts the movie makes at getting you to form one are lacking. Never again...
