Cat Storm just wants to fit in at the exclusive Hewitt school in Manhattan's Upper East Side. She also worships William, the most popular boy I high school. Her best friend, Delilah, is a bad influence who can only lead her into trouble. Cat finally gets the chance to be part of the "in-crowd" when Delilah is suspended and she is taken in by Grace, one of the popular girls.
