T2: Trainspotting

The lads are back. After returning to Edinburgh, his hometown he abandoned 20 years before, Renton is greeted by a mixed response from his former friends. While it doesn't quite live up to its zeitgeisty prequel, it's still a relevant commentary on growing up, owning your decisions, and trying to make the best out of what you have. The strong performances are as you'd expect from the cast, and the dazzling direction is signature Boyle. Choose life, choose your friends, choose micro-reviewing films on your lunch break.

It's very different to the 1st one whilst being very similar. Don't compare them to each other just enjoy them both for being great films

If you think the first one was awesome, then this second one is a MUST! Had low expectations and was positively surprised to say the least!
