Honestly, I couldn't even finish watching it, that's how awful I thought it was. The only reason that I even rented it was because Regina Hall stars AND it seemed there were some fairly hot girls in it. Well, Regina could've phoned in her part considering the extremely poor writing, and the girls aren't all that hot. The whole movie plays like an hour and 20 minute situation comedy, only the jokes have no punchline, and the situations are all so melodramatic that it just mad me sad. I kept waiting for the pace to pick up but it never did. All the scenes lumbered on with that same elevator music tempo. I actually wish this rental came with a money back guarantee because I would go through trouble of filing the claim to get my $4.31 back. I would've given it only one star but I love Regina Hall so much that I the other star is for her.

Love the actors, but this movie is WAY OVER-RATED! The characters are underdeveloped and far less interesting or funny than the trailer implies. I WANTED to like StG and kept waiting for the story to pick up. However, a dull and repetitious setting, a plot that's lacking & full of annoying holes, and conflicts that have little resolution rendered it a huge let-down. Imagine being a ghost who has to accompany a nim-witted human to her mundane job for a day. That's how amusing this flick is.

This film was absolutely fantastic! It was so real and raw. It represented people going through their every day struggles and how they pushed through. The story was beautifully crafted and the performances were stellar.
