About this movie

Director Morgan Spurlock's social experiment in fast-food gastronomy sees him attempting to subsist uniquely on food from the McDonald's menu for an entire month. In the process his weight balloons, his energy level plummets and he experiences all sorts of unexpected -- and terrifying -- side effects. He also examines the corporate giant's growing role in the lives of American consumers and explores its methods of indoctrinating young people and its contribution to America's obesity epidemic.

Super Size Me changed McDonalds menu, marketing and nutritional warnings. This one movie alone made waves throughout the country. Still today I see McDonalds addicts suffering from their addiction to the "McDonalds drug" while McDonalds employees are increasingly trained to hide information from McDonalds customers. That is unless I am the only McDonalds customer that can't get a straight answer from a McDonalds employee. 😆

So a guy stops exercising and not only eats at McDonalds, but supersizes everything and eats a Sunday with nearly every meal and washes it down with a supersized coke. And surprise, he gets fatter! (though, not considerably fatter) If I went and ate ice cream, and drank soda all day I would get fat too. But he wants to blame McDonalds for his and other stupid choices. And, as everyone pointed out, the movie has been very debunked.

It's ok but who literally eats 3 meals a day for a month at any restaurant. Point being junk food but still. If you at like that at Mortons Steakhouse or any restaurant, you'd be fat and sick. Especially going from vegan to that.
