About this movie

It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?

This is a demonstration of how not to make a super hero film. Wouldn't say the acting was particularly bad just the film was edited together in a way that makes no sense. The joker was abysmal although it's going to be hard to surpass heaths portrayal but I would have thought they atleast had the blueprints of where to build from and not create an edgy emo kids wet dream. Complete and utter train wreck here's hoping wonder woman gets dcu back on track

A real waste. No reason at all for the Joker to be there; his scenes could be removed entirely and it'd make zero difference to the film (aside from the fact that we'd not have had this stupid Joker, who's just a gangster with stupidly literal tattoos). We're repeatedly told that these guys and girls are the worst of the worst, but none of them seem particularly villainous. However, Margot Robbie and Will Smith do well with shoddy material, as does Viola Davis. Avoid.

Suicide Squad gets an uninspiring, dull as dishwater 2 stars from me. I thought that the HQ and Joker characters were both superbly acted. But that's where it starts and ends being good... Everything else about Suicide Squad, especially the fantastically weak plot & confusion around where, exactly, this film fits between Man of Steel and Batman vs. Superman, was just awful. It's as if the writers, directors and producers of Suicide Squad couldn't have given so much of an inch of a turtle head as they squeezed this monumentally crap excuse for a blockbuster through their unbelievably overrated tea towel holding sphincters.
