About this movie

It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?

When I heard about the movie I was actually quite excited - I've always liked anti-heroes. This movie was, however, a tremendous disappointment. It's BORING. The characters are 1 dimensional, predictable and absolute cliches. There was absolutely nothing worth watching in this movie - not one scene that was even remotely memorable; I've watched it 2 days ago and hardly remember anything... Waste of your time.

I am a DC fan and had very high hopes this movie would be good. Unfortunatley it is just simply terrible. It does have entertaining moments and some good performances, however overall it is a very bad movie. The editting is all over the place and has different styles at times, character development is poor and the story is all over the place. Finally the portrayl of the Joker by Jared Leto is awful and so out of alignment with what all other DC comics, Films, tv shows, cartoons and video games have consistently and brillantly done with the Joker character. Do not waste your money or time

Not only have they managed to romanticize an abusive relationship between the Joker and Harley Quinn, but they also made her the worst sufferer of Stockholm Syndrome. I was actually really disappointed in Leto's rendition of the Joker. It was highly disappointing. Other disappointing actor choices include Will Smith. It falls short on the action. It was severely overhyped and sensationalized. Wouldn't recommend.
