Amazing! I don't even think I can put into words how much I loved this film. It shows how much hard-work and dedication it took for women to get heard. It captivated me and didn't bore me in anyway. When it showed real-life footage of Emily Davison's funeral, it brought me tears. It took many years of hunger strike and determination. The film also showed how many women were treated in there marriages, at work and even by the police. This film was truly amazing and has taught me that I should never take what i have for granted ever again.

Undoubtedly the best film I have ever watched. I have never felt more thankful for the inestimable sacrifice which these women made. Learning about it from a book or summary video doesn't cut it - these women gave up everything to fight for the political future we live in today. Even the film in itself reminds its audience that no piece of art can comprehend the injustice they endured, but I reckon it does do a pretty good job of it.

Nicely made. Good direction, acting, costumes etc. The film glamorises what we would call terrorists today. This is justified by scenes of police brutality to ensure the viewer is sympathetic to their cause. The impact of the Suffragette's is really overrated. Their actions slowed down the right to vote and it was perhaps the role of women during WW2 that did the trick.
