How George managed to make this movie below awerage is beyond me. At the time of making this movie he was rich, had the technology and had people. When he was making a new hope he was struggling financially and picked infamous actors. I heard people saying that struggle gives you wings. Well, this is another example of that just here. Anyway, it is worth watching if bored and nothing else is available. But to charge 9.99 for this movie is a robbery. It should be 1.99.

The start of the entire and the Force is not strong with this one at all. The acting is so dull and dry, the story is pretty slow and dull with only a few exciting moments and it has one of the most annoying and somewhat offensive comic relief characters out there, that being Jar Jar Binks. If your interested in Star Wars and you haven't seen any of the films, don't start here.

Not what everyone was expecting after 16 years but the visual feast was mostly worth the style over content approach of Lucas. John Williams once again came to the rescue with a brilliant musical score to save a plot riddled with holes. Deserved better with such a gifted cast but regardless the action and entertainment mostly delivers as well as potential for the trilogy to do better next time.. unfortunately it didn't. 😐👍🏾
