A weak Russian attempt to win over sci-fi fans. There is much to be appreciated here, but the way it is assembled feels amateurish and forced. The story feels contrived, rather than flowing naturally, and this hurts the pacing and removes almost all of the tension we expect from a decent sci-fi thriller. Effects overall were good, but the alien design was poor. Worth a rent, but I wouldn't buy it.

Great film one of very few that has kept me interested in the past 5 years, the creature really is also horrific and all done to realistic and believable effect.

Ignore the negative comments just watch this incredible movie. It was awesome and we'll worth a viewing. This is a well crafted and well executed movie! Enjoy it and avoid watching the trailer as you need to see this without any prejudice. Enjoy
