I can NOT recommend this to anyone. Sony really dropped the ball buy not allowing consumers to rent or watch this movie anywhere unless they purchase it. I'm trying to watch every MCU movie so unless I wanted to turn to... less than legal means... I had to buy the movie, but really unless you're planning on watching all the movies multiple times it's really not worth the $20. In fact, this has turned me away from purchasing any Sony product ever, no matter how enticing the PS4 is for their spider-man game. You've lost a customer Sony, congrats, I hope it was worth it.

Easily the worst spiderman ever, not just the actor and how "woke" they made the new movies. But Disney's pathetic need to change every aspect of a project until it's no longer even vaguely accurate to the original works is a big part of the problem with this new series. Marvel needs to take control back from Disney after how badly they've ruined this series and captain marvell. I will say that the most satisfying thing to do with this movie was breaking the DVD since i couldn't return it.

The movie did something truly incredible - somehow it surpassed Amazing Spider-Man to become the worst Spider-Man movie ever! Most of the characters are pretty bad written, some of them are outright annoying. The script has plenty of jokes but most of them are rather "funny school situations", rather meant to cause you to smile. This movie is going for a different take on the popular superhero, which may surprise you for a moment, only to ask the next second "Why?". Action scenes are bad too.
